- How fast you can start working on my project?
In general, the speed is based on our team workload, if we have an available specialist who can start the task immediately, we will start as soon as possible. Anyway, our specialist will need time to onboard on your project.
- Who will be working on my project?
Your project will be headed by highly experienced designer with 5+ years of design experience.
- How do you keep the communication during the project?
We keep all of our processes clear and transparent for every team member and the client. You get time-tracking access where you can see the milestones, weekly sprints and time spent for every task.
- Do I pay extra for more people?
Before we start the project, we provide our clients with the estimates. In terms if we need to allocate additional specialist to your project, only weekly payments can increase. The total cost can change if we get something out of preliminary scope that was agreed.
- What is the availability of the designer during the project execution?
All of our specialists can provide you with the full-time work of 40 hrs/week.
- Is the designer going to work full-time or part-time?
Both options are acceptable but the approach will be selected based on the request and scope of work.
- Do you provide post-release services?
Our design process goes hand-in-hand with development to avoid undesirable quality after project release. We build long-term relationships with our clients and provide support after project`s release.
